Piña Colada Smoothie Bowls

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 c. frozen pineapple (plus more for serving)

1 banana, sliced (plus more for serving)

1 c. coconut milk

1/4 c. shredded coconut, toasted

maraschino cherries (optional) 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple, banana and coconut milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a large bowl. Arrange more pineapple, banana slices and coconut on top. Garnish with maraschino cherry, if desired.
