Halibut is a mild fish and a good options for those that don’t like overly “fishy” fish. This grilled recipe is easy, fresh, and healthy. The mango salsa on top brings it all together and makes the meal feel tropical.
A few tips when grilling fish: Always make sure your grill is hot before adding the fish. If you add the fish when the grill is too cold the fish will stick to the grates instead of releasing cleanly. Make sure to oil the fish on both sides as well. A nice olive oil will had some flavor to your fish, but also keep it from sticking to the grill.
